Meeting schedule:

The number of project meetings will be rather large, but not all partners are included in all meetings and the locations of the meetings are often geographically near. Planned meetings are detailed in Table 4 below.

The project meetings are augmented by creative use of teleconferencing (conference calls, video teleconferencing) as much as possible in day-to-day work to reduce the need for travelling and to eliminate harmful delays that would arise if an important decision always had to wait for a scheduled, physical meeting to take place.
